Our seasoned team brings in excess of 30 years of collective experience in real estate and private equity, employing an institutional approach and a disciplined, opportunistic investment strategy to manage pan-European operational assets. CWC is currently raising capital for its inaugural funds, each dedicated to a targeted vertical: Student Housing and Self Storage.

Within a year from incorporation, the majority of CWC partners will be UAE-based, highlighting our commitment to the region’s dynamic and rapidly advancing investment landscape. Our operation within the ADGM provides investors with direct access to CWC’s key decision-makers, fostering seamless, transparent, and effective investor relations.
